TEPL Lube Applicator

TEPL lube applicator is a very simple device, which finds significant application in the wire drawing industry. While drawing wire, it is important to ensure that adequate lubricant is applied on the wire to affect smooth and efficient drawing. The TEPL lube applicator ensures this effectively. The most important components are the three rollers. The rollers are made of good quality alloy steel and carefully hardened by heat treatment to give enhanced life.

It can be used for all types of wires i.e. high and low carbon steels, alloy steels, stainless steels etc. Lube applicator is very easy to use. It is simply to be clamped on to the wire in the die box, thus avoiding the cumbersome process of threading. TEPL lube applicator is available in two models viz. AP-1, and AP-2. AP-1 finds application for wires between diameters 3.2 mm and 15.9 mm, whereas AP-2 finds application for wires between diameters 0.8 mm to 5.5 mm.
