Oil Mist Lubricator system is operated pneumatically. The air is fed to the system through an on-off solenoid valve. The air is used both as a carrying media for oil as well as for forcing out the oil from the reservoir. The oil is stored in an acrylic reservoir. The oil forced out of the cylinder is checked by the hydraulic solenoid valves, which are used to avoid unnecessary flow of oil due to its own weight, when the system is not working. The flow of oil is then broken into small fragments by compressed air in a junction block (atomiser).
CM I-15 (intermitted lubrication)
Reservoir cap is 1.5 litres, air pressure required is 4 to 6 Kg/cm2, input voltage is 220 V and any lubricant with viscosity 10 to l 000c St at 400°C.
CM C-15 (Continuous lubrication)
Reservoir cap is 1.5 litres, air pressure required is 4 to 6 Kg/cm2, input voltage is 220 V and any lubricant with viscosity 10 to l 000c St at 400°C.
