Oil mist lubricator

This system provided an air borne fog of extremely small oil particles. The system automatically coats machine elements, eg, bearings, gears, chains, slides conveyors, etc, with continuous protective film of clean oil mist. Just the right amount of oil reducing wear on machine parts and thus cutting maintenance and replacement costs. There is no re-circulation of used or contaminated lubricant, fresh oil is used every time ensuring no wear and corrosion. This is pneumatically operated and ideal for spraying of lubricant coolant on metal working operations like drilling, tapping, turning, milling, grinding, routing, press work, plastic and diecast moulds, lapping, etc. It is also extensive to used in lubrication of gears, overhead conveyors, chains, bearings, live centres, worm drives, slides, etc.
