Dual Line Grease Lubrication Systems

Dropco Multilub Systems offers Dual Line Grease Lubrication System. In this system there are two lubrication outlets, for two lines. The first system starts to deliver the grease in Line1 and fills it up to the set pressure. When the set pressure in Line-1 is built-up, the system stops Line1 and starts to deliver the grease in Line-2 and fills it up to the set pressure. When the set pressure in Line-2 is built-up, then it starts again filling the grease in Line-1 and the same process will continue up to the set time. This system can be used traditionally in heavy industrial machinery such as steel plants, sugar plants, cement plants, paper plants and turbines, etc. Dual line system works with maximum pressure of 500 bar with 110 cc/min discharge per outlet continuously. It can deliver the grease in pipeline of up to approx 60 mtr length. In case of any outlet of dual line system is blocked or failed, other outlets will not be effected. An electric control panel is specially designed to control the complete process of dual line lubrication system.
