Compact Lubrication Unit

Model DMCLU-2500 is a compact lubrication unit with a metal reservoir. It incorporates metering injectors, manifolds and other fittings and tubings, and is suitable for intermittent single shot lubrication. A vertical type of float switch can be fitted for the purpose of sensing mmimum oil level. Pressure switch can also be used on the lubrication unit or at the end of the line in order to sense hydraulic pressure in the main line. The working pressure is 15 kg/cm2. The unit is driven by an electric motor and fitted with standard accessories like suction strainer, relief valve, pressure gauge, pressure reducing valve, bleed valve and oil filler cum breather. User areas include: textiles machines, printing and packaging machines and machine tools.
