Progressive Distributor Blocks

Lubomatic centralised lubrication system using progressive distributor block is a self monitoring and reliable method against severe operating conditions. The oil/grease is metered and uniform irrespective of piping lengths. The progressive block consists of plunger moving to and fro in precision bore. The movement of the piston is governed by the oil flow. The lubrication point gets dosages of oil/grease in progressive manner. Indicator pin moves forward and backward after completion of one cycle. Any failure in the system can be sensed with the help of proximity switch. A safety switch is used to detect faults in the systems and facilitate corrective action. The system can be used as intermittent as well as continuous lubricating system by connecting a return line to the reservoir. The standard (one piece) progressive blocks are available in 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16 outlets. Special combined blocks are made available in 14, 16,18, 22 and 24 outlets.
