Lubgraf offers Drawing Lubricants, EZYDRAW-PT model. This is high viscosity compound used for lubrication of mandrel and inside tubes in pilgering operation of stainless steel tube. EZYDRAW–PT maintains tenacious film tightly adhering to stainless steel surface that help easy operation without jerking, lines or score marks. Some of the other drawing lubiricants offered are ezydraw-818 (WS), J 2, P, P (WS), NFRS, DD, M, L, etc.
It’s applicable in lubrication of mandrel and inside tubes in pilgering operation of stainless steel tube.
- Besides other EP agents, active sulphur is present.
- To maximize its lubrication value proprietary additives are added.
- The effective heat dissipation results in lower operating temperature and higher tool life.
- The surface finish is improved and mandrel life is enhanced.
