Lubgraf Products offers Molybdenum Disulfide Powder, Molygraf-Z. This is pure molybdenum disulfide powder. It has lamellar structure. Molygraf-Z has lowest co-efficient of friction. Water, solvents, acids and alkalies do not affect it. Application: as dry lubricant on locks, hinges or other moving parts where liquids cannot be used; as additive in all plastics for excellent lubricity and to minimise wear and tear of plastic parts; for cold forging of precision parts and fasteners; and as a dry lubricant in cryogenic applications. Application is by burnishing, polishing or tumbling in powder form or by dusting. Temperature range: -175ºC to +450ºC in presence of air and up to 1100ºC in absence of air.
