Adhesive Chain Lubricant (Mox Active)

OKS Speciality Lubricants (India) Pvt Ltd, in collaboration with OKS Spezialshcmierstoffe GmbH, Germany, has introduced a synthetic adhesive chain lubricant for lubrication and corrosion protection of roller chains, wire ropes, locking mechanisms, hinges, sliding tracks and column guides. OKS 450 is basically a synthetic adhesive oil with active molybdenum compounds dissolving in easily evaporating solvents. When dipped or sprayed on the surface the easily wetting product penetrates even into narrow gaps. After evaporation of the solvent, the adhesive lubricating film remains, providing protection and wear reducing action even when exposed to high loads and temperatures. OKS 450 is highly resistant to cold and hot water solutions and gives good protection against corrosion. Capable of withstanding a temperature range of -30?C to +200?C, OKS 450 is ideal for simultaneous internal and external lubrication of roller chains, for long term lubrication of small gear drives, bearings, locking mechanisms and hinges. It is best suited for lubrication of wire ropes of every kind (carrying, transporting or traction or winch ropes). OKS 450 is also available in an aerosol can called OKS 451 for easy and convenient application.
