Vibro energy separator

Dalal engineering offers a vibro energy separator. This is a rigid screening device that vibrates about its centre of mass. The central vertical axis of the screen assembly and the motor shaft axis being the same, vibration is accomplished by placing eccentric weights on the upper and lower ends of the motor shaft. Adjustment of the quantum and relative position of the top and bottom weights permits control of amplitude and material flow patterns as under. Advantages include superior separation efficiency, low power consumption, low space requirements, minimum maintenance and up to four decks (7 in special cases), among others. Optional accessories include: dust cover, anti blinding arrangement, velocity breakers and castor wheels.
