Reversing filter bag centrifuges

Whirler Centrifugal Pvt Ltd manufactures reversing filter bag centrifuges with auto-control panel required for auto-cycle operation. These centrifuges eliminate the formation of residual cake on the basket wall. They are designed with filter cloth bags that come out from the basket along with the dried cake pushed out by the back plate. Thus during this operation the filter cloth gets reversed and dried cake falls off the centrifuge front casing. The complete centrifuge can be operated in a closed vapour tight or N2 blanketed atmosphere inside. Various advantages of these units include: complete cake discharge; fresh filter cloth for each cycle and facility to wash the filter cloth in each cycle if required before next feeding. As these centrifuges do not require manual handling, the intactness of crystal structure is not spoiled. Application: flammable/explosive products, high purity bulk drugs and products with specific crystal structure.
