Pressure Destoner

The pressure de-stoner is designed for high capacity and accuracy. With two way separations, in pressure de-stoner, separation of lighter products from heavier ones such as stone, glass and metals is easily achieved. The range available is, open deck type for dry granular material and dust free or vacuum type sealed system for high capacity pollution free operation. This is ideal for operating on the soyabean, senna leaves, isabgol, whole dried chilli and many more materials. The de-stoner is ideal for faster and finer separation and based on flowing dry granular material over an inclined, vibrating, screen covered deck. Vacuum air is pulled through the deck, and through the bed of material. The steady air flow holds the product in stratified flotation. The lighter material in the upper strata flows down the inclined vibrating deck whereas heavier material such as stones, glass and metal travel uphill and out. The product flows downhill at the discharge end of the deck. The bottom portion of the bed cons
