Paper Band Cum Coolant Magnetic Filters

Amba Engineering Works offers Paper Band Cum Magnetic Coolant Filters for efficient filtration of ferrous and non-ferrous particles with high degree of purification. The contaminated coolant from the machine is first passed through the magnetic filter, where almost 95% of the ferrous particles are separated. The coolant further passes through the filter paper where all ferrous and non-ferrous particles are filtered. When filter paper is clogged by contaminants that raises the coolant level and actuates the float switch to bring fresh paper from the roll. Clean coolant is collected in the bottom taken for re-circulating to the machine. The unit consists of tank, pump, chain conveyor, geared motor, and control panel with suitable magnetic coolant clarifier. Paper band filters are recommended for grinding, honing, machining centre and rolling mills.
