Filter press (sparkler type)

Amar Equipments manufactures normal and reverse flow, zero holdup horizontal filter press (sparkler type) used for crystal clear filtration of liquids. These filters find extensive application in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, beverages, oil, ink, paint, agrochemical, petrochemical, etc, and other industries. Zero holdup is the latest development in filters, which ensures complete filtration of unfiltered liquid unlike the normal filter. The filter is offered in 8"dia - 33"dia plates with 6 - 14 plates (for each filter) for filtration rates from 450 - 15000 LPH. The maximum working pressure is 5 kg/cm? and maximum working temperature100-200?C. The material of construction of the filter can be SS 304, 316 or 316L with MS/SS jacket (optional). The unit is mounted on a SS trolley and comes with a range of filter fabric. An important feature is that the cake, filteraid and solids remain in closed filter plate cartridge and hence do not come in contact with atmosphere enabling filtration of toxic, hazardous, explosives material.
