Filter grill kits

Acme Electronics, manufacturer of industrial control panels and accessories sets, has recently developed filter grill kits. These are used under normal ambient conditions to provide cooling free from dust, moisture and any atmospheric impurities up to 20 microns size particles. Pre-condition: ambient temperature should be below the desired enclosure internal temperature. Design: AEC filter grill kits are distinctive, aesthetic, functional and safe. Due to their unique design they were optimally match to the cooling requirement of all type of control pane system, super slimline, speedy mounting and high performance. Application: powerful axial fans can be fitted to operate in a "Blowing" or "Extracting" mode. The enclosure interior is cooled through the infeed of filtered external air. The atmospheric dust contains some metal fine particles which forms a conductive layer on electronic circuit boards, thus become the cause of failure. This can be avoided using the filter grill kit, widely used in industrial fields like, electronic, electrical, engineering, textiles, plastic, laboratory, medical and many more.
