Fabricated Filters are designed to handle large flow rates. These filters are available in 25 bar and 100 bar pressure ratings. They are available for flows upto 1801 lpm. Simplex and duplex versions are available in this range. The duplex filters are fitted with two 3-way ball valves. A lever is provided to enable changeover from clogged filter to clean filter without interruption of flow.
- Nominal pressure: 25 bar & 100 bar
- Nominal flowrate: 361 to 1801 lpm
- Seals: Nitrile (Viton or other on request)
- End caps and centre tubes: Plated
- Filter housing: Welded steel construction
- Differential pressure: ^ P 30 bar (standard) 60 bar on request
- Temperature range: -20°C to 100°C (150° C on request)
- Pressure drop indicator: Optical or optical cum electrical
- By pass valve: 2 bar and 5 bar
