Pune Energy Control Devices offer Electrostatic Oil Cleaners. It uses the principle of electrostatic precipitation for removal of fine particles up to 1 micron from oil and keeps the oil clean. The oil is passed through high voltage field where the particle gets ionised and separated from oil. The use of these machines extends the oil life, increases the components life and thereby reduces the overall maintenance costs. The major use of this cleaner is for Hydraulically operated machines and systems. The hydraulic power packs used in Steel, forging and heavy engineering industry, rolling mills, hydraulic presses, CNC machines, plastic injection moulding machines, die casting machines are the industries where it is used. The other applications are for Turbine bearing lubrication oils, gearbox lubrication oils, straight cutting oils etc.
