Ceramic Ultrafiltration Membranes

Prova Technotrade offers Ceramic Ultrafiltration Membranes. It is used for a wide range of applications in process, water and wastewater applications. Membranes allow solid-liquid separation on a very low molecular level not possible by existing equipment. Ceramic membranes are structurally very strong and inert, thus enabling to handle steams with acid/ base/ solvents and chemicals. It can withstand a pH of 0-14 and a working temperature up to 130°C. Its patented tubular non-circular channels allow easy handling of viscous or high solid loading streams. The available range of 13 pore sizes from 1.4 micron to a low 1000. They are typically employed for concentration, clarification, washing and recovery operations. Some of the typical applications are paint/ pigment/ electrocoat paint recovery, latex/ PVA/ sizing recovery in textiles industry, acids/ bases recovery, etc. They can also work for oil water separation duties for coolants, degreasing baths or for various duties in effluent treatment.
