CENTRIFUGE OIL CLEANERS

Bhagyashree Accessories offers Centrifuge Oil Cleaners. It consists of body and a rotor inside. The body houses the rotor and also facilitates the cleaner"s mounting on a diesel engine or equipment. It also has an opening for oil inlet connection and draining of cleaned oil to engine. The rotor assembly provides space to contain oil for effective dirt separation and has two nozzles fixed on it. The nozzles convert the oil"s pressure into drive force for the rotor. The design of the rotor facilitates easy periodic removal of collected dirt in it. Dirty oil from engine enters centrifuge cleaner through inlet piping connected to it. The entry valve, located near the inlet, allows oil to enter rotor mechanism only when the oil pressure exceeds its preset value. The oil then enters through rotor"s hollow shaft into rotor"s space. Rotor"s construction takes oil first to outer radius, of the rotor chamber where dirt particles in the oil experience maximum centrifugal force. The dirt particles are thrown outward and get separated from the oil. The particles settle on the inner wall of the rotor cover. Dirt mass builds up on the wall gradually. The oil, free from dirt (cleaned oil), travels inward through the screen and further to the two nozzles. Cleaned oil is sprayed out under pressure in the forms of jets. Major benefits: removes harmful abrasive, metallic and dirt particles; reduces wear rate of moving engine components by more than 72%; extends time between major overhauls by another 50%; reduces expenditure on overhauls; eliminates part breakage due to wear scratches from large dirt particles (when centrifuge cleaner is not used); finer oil cleaning eliminates clogging of oil passages and piston cooling nozzles. This avoids engine seizure.
