DAS Precision Machine Tools Pvt Ltd manufactures centrifuge machines, which are used for separation of solids from liquids. The system is suitable for water-soluble coolants as well as for straight cutting oils, which are used in operations such as grinding, honing, lapping and other super finishing work. These units are available as fully automatic systems, as well as semi-automatic systems. Advantages of this type of machines include: No filter media such as elements and paper, hence there will not be choking, so it is more effective for straight cutting oils; filter element replacement is not required; recurring cost of filter paper is not involved; efficient with both magnetic as well as non-magnetic impurities; filtration level is 20 microns right from the beginning. The other models available are AC-75 and AC-150.
