Aqualogic Technologies offers Bacteria Filters. These are used for filtering emulsion coolant, so called as "machine coolant savers". Bacteria and fungi, commonly found in industrial coolants, are serious threats to productivity and health. They produce foul odours, often from hydrogen sulfide ("rotten egg" smell). Aqualogic bacteria filter is an innovative and economical method of controlling these microorganisms and the odours they generate. Aqualogic bacteria coolant filter consists of series of high-purity multi-metal fibres cased within a stainless steel tube. In an electrolytic solution (water and oil emulsion), the dissimilar metals of the multi-metal alloy undergo a natural electrochemical reaction, also known as an oxidation-reduction reaction. It is equipment, which last a lifetime, with guarantee of extended life of coolant with bacteria filter - no consumables, no electricity, no chemical dosing, etc. It is a one-time investment, ROI within a year, and tax benefit under IT act. Saves on input of fresh oil and disposal cost like ETP treatment, or giving it to authorised recycler. Rental units also are available.
