Air Pleat Series 150 Synthetic Media Fine Filters

Airtech is a market leader in the filtration industry having state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. The Hepa filters are manufactured in an air-conditioned ISO class-7 (class 10,000) environment and the fine filters are manufactured in an air-conditioned ISO class-8 (class-100,000) environment. The comprehensive test facilities consist of DOP test rig for Hepa filters and BS 6540 and Ashrae 52.2 for fine filters and pre-filters. The filter media for the Air Pleat Series has an extended surface due to pleating and is of the non-woven type with regular labyrinthine structure being built of synthetic fibres, which are bonded together by a special resin. The media is sandwiched between two layers of HDPE mesh which act as a retainer and screens out large particles and prevents them from being embedded in the media.
