Airtech is a market leader in the filtration industry having state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. The Hepa filters are manufactured in an air-conditioned ISO class-7 (class 10,000) environment and the fine filters are manufactured in an air-conditioned ISO class-8 (class-100,000) environment. The comprehensive test facilities consist of DOP test rig for Hepa filters and BS 6540 and Ashrae 52.2 for fine filters and pre-filters. Airtech hi-flow filters are high efficiency extended surface filters. This gives a low airflow through the filter media, which ensures low pressure drop and high dust holding capacity. All hi-flow filters are suitable for air-conditioning plants and with self supporting filter bags. Hi-flow are especially suitable for installation in air handling units. A complete hi-flow filter consists of a holding frame made from galvanised sheet metal or anodised aluminium. Non-woven synthetic fibres and fibre glass are used in the bags. Scrim backing is provided to prevent fibre migration.
