Y Strainers

Bhatia Engg Co offers Y Strainers which are most commonly used in the pipelines for preventive maintenance and filtration. Strainwell strainers are designed for low pressure drop and provided with a large screen area for bigger amount of debris collection. Compact but of full flow design, they are used in pipelines to protect meters, pumps, traps and other mechanical equipment, and are available in sizes from 10 mm and above. Materials of construction are cast iron, bronze, cast steel, stainless steel and other cast alloys. They are also fabricated in steel and SS to any size. End connections are screwed or flanged. Screens are available in a variety of materials like SS, brass, and Monel with perforated sheet or perforated sheet lined with wire mesh to suit the requirements of the customers.
