Valves, Ball Type

CTEW manufacture a wide range of ball valves for use in chemical process industries. The range comes in 2-piece, 3-piece and full bore design for general application. Special application valve has floating ball design with Teflon seats for common seating. The sizes range from ?"to 2"in screwed connection and ?"to 12"in flanged connection to a maximum pressure of 250 kg/cm?. The valve is manufactured in materials such as CI, CS, SS, brass, GM, alloy-20 and hastelloys B and C. For high temperature applications, viton rings or carbon rings are used. The valve is also provided with heating/cooling jackets to suit process application. For corrosive application the valves are rubber/lead lined, Teflon lined or coated with corrosion resistant material such as PVC, polypropylene, HDPE, etc. An extra long handle with gear/pneumatic/electrical actuator faciliates smooth leverage.
