Valve, Flush Bottom Type

PEC has developed flush bottom valves for liquids containing highly abrasive slurries of highly viscous or any other type of problematic nature, which conventional valves can not handle.These valves are manufactured in two designs: i) Inside vessel opening - in this design, the valve disc goes into the vessel when it opens; and ii) Inside valve opening - in this design, the valve disc goes into the valve body when it opens. The cavity between valve disc and the bottom of the vessel is eliminated to avoid or minimize settling or solidification of the liquid into the valve barrel. These valves are available in stainless steel, carbon steel, or other alloys to suit clients' application. Seat and disc with stelliting are also provided if necessary. Options are available in manual, hydraulic, pneumatic or gear-operated arrangements. End connections conform to ANSI, BS, DIN, national and international standards.
