Ball Valve, Flush Bottom
Full bore, flush bottom ball valves in 3-piece design, are manufactured for liquids containing soft slurries, or liquids that solidify at ambient temperature, etc. The cavity between flanged face and ball is reduced to minimum length to minimise settling of solids and solidification of liquids, thus reducing the maintenance of the valves. These are manufactured in SS 304, SS 316, SS 304L, alloy 20, hastalloy, cast iron and cast steel materials of construction. Sizes available are up to 150 mm NB, end connections flanged. For more problematic nature of liquids, flush bottom tank valves are also available.
