Solenoid valve are specifically engineered to pilot pneumatic process valve actuators, patented and proven sealing technology boosted airflow and reduced response time. Rotary sealing plate – it features in the field conversion from 3/2 to 5/2 action without the need for special tools or additional parts. Features: robust, 2 piston/4 pillar poppet valve design; 5/2 function or 3/2 function selectable via 180º turn of the rotary sealing plate; exhaust feed back – prevents intake of external air into the actuator; direct NAMUR standard mounting interface; corrosion and impact resistant glass fibre reinforced composite material; protection class IP65; low maintenance through non-lubrication design; high air flow (Cv>1.1); pressure range 2.5-8 bar (35-120 PSI); manual override with On/Off indicator; coil duty cycle 100%; coils easily changed with a wide selection of voltages available; and NEMA types 1, 2, 3, 3S, 4 and 4X.
