Emace Enterprises offers Piston Valves. Features: 100% leak tight - the piston principle eliminates seat leakages & the bubble tight seal is formed by a precision ground cylindrical stainless steel piston, leakage is prevented across the ports and to atmosphere even at elevated temperatures, and energy saving & glandless design; seatless seal - machining and lapping of seats are eliminated; suspended seal - piston wipes seal clean as it closes, hence seals are unaffected; adaptation - adapts as regulating valve; jacketed - available with jacketed construction; versatile - resilient sealing rings made of various materials, including PTFE, to cover virtually every known medium; and thermal expansion - compensated by Belleville washers-exert corresponding pressure on sealing rings. Applications - thermal fluid; steam; vacuum; hazardous chemicals and gases.
