Emace Enterprises offers Forged Steel Valves. These are suitable for high pressure and high temperature services. These are compact, robust in design and construction. These are developed in bolted bonnet design, in which the body and bonnet is of the male and female type. Features: Seat rings are tight fitted under pressure to ensure 100% leak proof performance; the gate valves are provided with husky wedge fully guided in the body and the globe valves have a standard screwed type seat design with provision for integral hardfaced seat. Efficiency of the gate valves and regulatory functions of the globe valves are due to the highly precision rolled threads of spindles that ensure smooth operation. Applications: it suits in oil refineries fertilizer plants, gas plants power plants and petro chemical process plants.
