Flush Bottom Valves

AGS Valves offers Flush Bottom Valves for use in reactor vessels, autoclaves, other pressure vessels for handling abrasive slurries, pulp, viscous materials or semi-solid media. The valves do not require any lubricants. Gland packing option is available as per service condition to suit the temperature. These valves are designed to suit the users' reactor/vessel nozzles' pad dimensions. Other features and specifications are: Design option: Upward opening (stem 23 travel in the vessel), Downward opening (stem travel in the valve body); Seating option: metal to metal or soft seat; Stem design: Rising stem (open/close position indicating type); Size range: 15 mm to 150 mm; Type: jacket/nonjacket; Materials of construction: cast steel, SS 304, SS 316, Carbon steel, or any special alloy to suit the customer's requirements. Valves can be supplied under 3rd party inspection.
