AGS Valves Pvt Ltd manufactures Ball Valves in sizes ranging from 15 mm to 300 mm, as per BS 5351. Materials of construction include: cast iron, cast steel, cast SS 304 (CF8), cast SS 316 (CF8M), SS 316L (CF3M), SS 304L (CF3), Alloy-20 (CN7M), Monel 400, Nickel 200, Hastelloy B or C and other exotic machinable alloys. Design options available are: 1-Pc, 2-Pc, and 3-Pc designs as approved by the plant maintenance people. End connections can be: Screwed ends to BSP/NPT/Stock weld ends/Buttweld ends. Pressure ratings are 150 Class and 300 Class. Internal working parts options are: Ball, Body, Seat, and Stem are available as per service conditions. Valves can be operated by lever, gear or by pneumatic operation. Valves can be used in process industries like chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, power generations, fertilizers, paper and pulp, cement and nuclear power plants. Valves can be supplied under 3rd party inspection.
