CHECK VALVES

Swagelok Company offers Check Valves, CHP Series. It is an O-ring free, ultra high purity fluoro polymer check valve. It includes a new medium valve body platform to help maximise flow and reduce pressure drop. The medium valve body features a choice of 1/2 and 3/4 inch fine thread flare end connections. It features Teflon modified PTFE and PFA wetted components, which meets SEMI Standard F57-0301 for ultra high purity. The valves design includes a tongue and groove shell seal, which provides leak-tight integrity during thermal cycling and high-pressure applications. The contoured poppet shape reduces turbulence and minimises pressure drop while the open-cage design of the retainer ensures poppet alignment and eliminates no-flow areas.
