Butterfly Valves For Corrosive Chemicals

DiaFlow Valves offers moulded polypropylene butterfly valves for corrosive chemicals. The body and disc are made of solid injection moulded polypropylene, flanges are as per ASA 150. The pressure rating of these valves is 7.5 kg/cM2. The wafer type disc causes low pressure drop. The handle needs to be turned 90? for full opening and closing. A V-notch retention designed for liner provides positive sealing of liner to the body. Elastomer liners are available in neoprene, hypalon and EPDM. Sizes available are 80, 100 and 150 mm (3, 4 and 6"). Areas of application are: chemical and pharmaceutical industries; steel industries (cold rolling and pickling lines); effluent treatment plants; metal finishing industries; pulp and paper industries; and, caustic and chlorine industries.
