Aira Euro Automation offers high performance butterfly valve that is precise, strong and durable. Brief specifications: temperature range – from 240°C to 600°C; pressure – 10 kg/cm2; size – ranges from 1.1/2" to 24”; body material – investment casting, AISI 410/304/316 WCB/CF8/CF8M; seat – PTFE (optional – Viton, EPDM, metal, silicon); and actuation – manual, pneumatic actuator, gearbox and electrical actuator. The 5 special effects are: compact design – full port offers mass flow simple structure; light and smooth – takes very short time; easy maintenance – replaceable seals design; self sealing-self cleaning – the under cut disc segment and seal tends to wipe away the material from the sealing area; and gland packing plate – ensures complete utilisation of gland seals. Spherical disc valve is proved as superior as ball valves and gate valves in all aspects, particularly in weight, space, pressure range, multiple operations, maintenance ease, torque and economy.
