The range includes rubber lined, PTFE lined, metal sealing and high performance butterfly valves. Butterfly valves are suitable as either open/closed or regulating valves. Technical description: sizes – 1" to 24"(25 to 600 mm); operation –manually handle operated, gear operated, pneumatic actuator operated, motorised actuator operated, extension spindle, chain pulley arrangements on request; material of constructions – body CI to IS 210 Gr FG 220, ASTMA 216 Gr WCB, AISI 304 (CF 8), AISI-316 (CF 8 M), AISI 316 L (A 351 CF 3 and CF3M), PP, HDPE; disc CI to IS 210 Gr FG 220, ASTMA 216 Gr WCB, AISI 304 (CF 8), AISI-316 (CF 8 M), AISI 316 L (A 351 CF 3 and CF3M), PP, HDPE; disc with powder coating, Teflon coating; shaft AISI 410, also available with friction less PTFE coatings; design and manufacturing standard –as per BS-5155, API 609, MSS SP 67 and ISO 5752; design to fit without gasket between two flanges drilled to ANSI 125, DIN, ND-10/16, BS 10 Table D, E and F of BS 4505, PN-10/16, tables 6, 7 and 8 of IS: 6418 and Table 11,15 and 17 of IS: 6392; lining coating of – nitrile, EPDM, silicon, viton and Teflon.
