M Kumar Technocrates/Amtech Valves offers Forged Steel Ball Valves. These are forged CS – A 105 ball valves in 3-piece design. These valves are heavy-duty normally called 800# and 600# rating. The company is using the internals of valves, stainless steel 304 and 316 grades, as per the applications of valves. These valves are used in the major industrial applications. The forged body is made from A 105 carbon steel and forged SS 304 or forged SS 316 can be available on the request. The end connections are socket weld, screw end, and flanged. These valves are designed as per BS 5351 and available in sizes – 1/2 inch to 2 inch. The valves are manufactured as per 300#, 600# and 800# pressure rating, and provided with PTFE as seat and seal. These valves are operating at very high temperatures up to 220°C. The company also designs special valves for operating at high-pressure up to 9000 PSI for special applications.
