Innovative Automation Pvt Ltd offers a range of motorised Butterfly Dampers. These are modulating motor operated butterfly dampers with indexable linkages to suit combustion/blower air handling as well as for handling flue gas flow. These dampers are constructionally similar to the manually operated versions but and are operated through modulating motors to provide a fairly linear flow characteristics over the control range of the valve. These dampers along with its linkages and motor are typically suited for applications requiring an adjustable travel ratio between the motor and valve rotation. Its sheet metal design ensures a light weight but robust design to handle the high air flow effectively. Also the installation of the damper into the air ducts is much easier than that of the conventional cast valves. Features include: all standard features of manually operated dampers, viz., centric shaft design, light weight sheet metal construction, ball bearings at both shaft ends, asbestos gland packing; integral mounting bracket makes any modulating motor easily installable on the damper body; indexable linkage mechanism provides an adjustable travel ratio (up to 3:1) between motor and valve rotation; linkage provided with tie rod connector for zero setting; index hole linkage design ensures a slippage free operation thereby maintaining the same preset travel ratio throughout the operation; ball bearings are enclosed type and require no lubrication during its lifetime; high temperature versions are provided with SS disc and shaft to ensure longer life; and modulating motors with various inputs, power supplies and torques are provided as the user's process requirement.
