Air/Oil Ratio Control Combination Valves
Innovative Automation Pvt Ltd offers Air/Oil Ratio Control Combination Valves. These are compact control units meant for controlling the air/oil ratio to an oil-fired burner. The common actuating motor for the air and oil control valves is a Honeywell Modutrol motor with either 4-20 mA or a SPDT floating control input. The drive shaft of the motor is linked to the air and oil control valve through individual indexable linkages which can be independently set to control the movements of these valves over the 90 degree travel of the motor and thus the ratio of the air/oil flow. Features: incorporates butterfly valve for air flow control, micro oil valve for oil flow control, a common modulating motor with mounting arrangement, separate air and oil valve stroke setting linkages coupled with the motor drive shaft; modulating motor with suitable torque and operating time is provided as a common actuator for achieving the desired control over 0 to 90 degree travel of the motor; modulating motor provided with either 4-20 mA or SPDT floating control input; modulating motor power supply 230 V or 110 V or 24 V AC independent linkages provided for air and oil valve; these linkages can be independently set to achieve the desired movement of valve (30° to 90°) corresponding to 90° rotation of the motor; adjustable tie rod type linkage ensures easy and proper zero flow setting of the air/oil valves; indexing linkage design ensures a slippage free operation thereby maintaining the same preset travel ratio throughout the operation; ball and socket joint provided at the connecting rod of the air and oil valve linkages to take care of any misalignment of valve shafts with respect to the drive shaft of the motor; high temperature versions (air valve only) are provided with SS disc and shaft to ensure longer life; the entire disassembly of the combination unit including modulating motor, valves, mounting bracket linkages, is possible thereby providing a very easy maintenance and repair if required; and high temperature versions unit are painted in suitable HR grade aluminium paint to ensure paint durability.
