Ball Valves

CIE manufactures a wide range of ball valves for use in chemical process industry. The range comes in twopiece, three-piece, and full bore designs for general applications. Special application valves have floating ball design with Teflon seats for common seating. The sizes range from 1/4"to 2"in screwed connection and 1/2"to 12"in flanged connection to a maximum pressure of 250 kg/cm2. The valves are manufactured in materials such as Cl, cast steel, stainless steel, brass, GM, Alloy-20 and Hastelloy B and C. For high temperature uses, Viton or carbon rings are usey The valves are also provided with heating/cooling jackets to suit the process applications. For corrosive applications, the valves are rubberaead lined, Teflon lined or coated with corrosion resistant materials such as PVC, polypropylene, and HDPE. An extra long handle with gear/pneumatic/ electrical actuator facilitates smooth leverage.
