Aira ISO 5211 standard pneumatic rotary actuator operated “Fire Safe” ball valve in two piece design is engineered for multiple On/Off operations in the highly inflammable fluids. Description: torque valves – up to screwed/flanged/triclover design; and size range – suitable for ball valve – ½” to 14”. Technical specifications of actuator: type – rack and pinion type actuator; actuation – double acting/single acting (spring return); mounting – ISO 5211, an international standard; pneumatic connection – Namur standards; body – CF8/CF8M/CF3/CF3M; ball – ASTM A351; and seals – PTFE, GFT, CFT. Accessories: solenoid valve as per Namur standard; limit switch box with position indicator as per Namur standard; filter + regulator with gauge; manual override; pneumatic valve positioner; electro-pneumatic valve positioner; input converter; and air lock valve.
