The Rubber Bellow Seals, MSPL-512, are widely used in a variety of applications as they are easy to install and economical. Shaft runout is compensated by Rubber Bellow and spring due to its self-aligning capability. Also produced with balanced ring for higher pressure up to 1000 PSI and coded as MS 512B. Rubber Bellow Seals are available in different types. Features: unbalanced single spring seals; made of flexible synthetic rubber bellows; and dependent on direction of rotation. Applications: mass produced cold water pumps for non-critical applications; centrifugal pumps, plastic immersion pumps, vortex vacuum pumps; reduction gearboxes like cane carrier, rack carrier, bagasse elevators, crystalliser and crane gearbox; and refrigeration compressor. Product range: shaft dia - 12 to 100 mm (0.5" to 4"); pressure - unbalanced 6 bar; temperature - -20 to 200°C; velocity - 20 m/s; and axial movement - ±0.1 mm.
