Wilden's revolutionary Advanced Series pumps were specifically designed for maximum performance and efficiency. The bolted configuration of these pumps ensures total product containment while the redesigned liquid path reduces internal friction to maximise output and efficiency. A variety of elastomer options including Teflon PTFE are available to meet abrasion, temperature, and chemical compatibility concerns. The Advanced Series plastic pumps are offered in polypropylene, PVDF and Teflon PFA. A variety of options such as ANSI and DIN flanges and specialised air distribution systems are available to meet your specific application requirements. The company offers advanced plastic pumps, P25 – 6 mm (1/4”) with the following specifications: flow rate to 16.7 LPM (4.4 GPM); max pressure = 8.6 bar (125 PSI); wetted housings (water chambers and manifolds) – material (ship wt) – polypropylene – 2 kg (4 lb); PVDF – 2 kg (5 lb); non-wetted housings – description – material – centre section – polypropylene; wetted parts – polypropylene, PVDF; air valve – polypropylene; maximum suction lift capability – 1.9 m dry (6.2'); and maximum diameter solids – .7 mm (1/32").
