Grout Pump

Surface Finishing Equipment Company has introduced a Grout Pump. It is portable and self contained unit, and comes in various models of having output 1,200 litres/hour to 3,000 litres/hour, and maximum grouting pressure of 24 kg/cm2. The grout pump entails a tilting type of mixer unit mounted atop the hopper of the machine. The mixer unit feeds continuously the grout mix to the voluminous hopper of the machine. The bottom of hopper houses a re-mixing unit which agitates and re-mixes the grout mix. The grout mix from the hopper is transferred into a powerful positive displacement type pump. The outlet of pump is connected to a flexible grouting hose line. The grout mix is conveyed at grout nozzle through this hose line for injection purpose. The machine contains pressure gauge and pressure control valve to monitor the grouting pressure to the desired level. The Surfex grout pump excels other conventional types of grout pump because it contains less number of wearable parts and extremely easy to operate. This is the only pump which is capable of grouting thin to thick grout-mix with some amount of sand, the company claims. The quality of grout-mix is maintained throughout the conveying process. It is available with standard electric drive. The diesel engine drive is also available as optional.
