Diaphragm Pump

Diaphragm Pump, HD 1011, is a glandless pump provided with PTFE diaphragm between hydraulic oil and metered fluid. This arrangement absolutely avoids any leakage of corrosive, toxic, hazardous and costly fluids. The sandwich type pump with double diaphragm and rupture indication is used for pumping highly aggressive fluids. The pump output is linear in proportion to the length of stroke and almost independent of discharge pressure. Electrical or pneumatic actuators enable automatic stroke control. The different models available are HD 2017, HD 3530 and HD 6040. The capacity range is 2-10,000 LPH and maximum pressure is 100 kg/cm2. The capacity of the pump can be adjusted from zero to maximum - 0 to 100 percent of stroke length. The performance of the pump conforms to API 675. The accessories of the pump are pressure safety valve, suction strainer, backpressure valve, pulsation damper, pressure switch, and electric or pneumatic actuators.
