The plunger is hard chrome plated and the flow rate is linear to stroke length variations. They have multiple head plunger pumps with common drive for mixing two or more liquids in desired ratio. The jacketed liquid heads can be heated by hot water/steam. It also has ability to transfer and dose products, which are highly viscous at room temperature. The external arrangement for flushing the gland packing to increase its life is also possible. The performance of the machine conforms to AP1675 standards. The construction material of the wetted parts is in stainless steel 316, 304, 316L, 304L, monel, hastalloy B & C, alloy 20, and gland and sealings PTFE. The machine is used in polyelectrolyte dosing, caustic dosing, boiler chemicals dosing, pressure testing, and in dosing and transfer of viscous products like cream, syrup and atomising of liquids, etc.
