The “Spraywell” brand has very large range of high pressure pumps from 50 kg/cm² to 1500 kg/cm². The material of construction is: piston – SS/ceramic; pump head – brass/SS; crank shaft – forged and hardened; connecting rod – forged and hardened; and crank case – light weight, die cast aluminium. Special features: forged brass manifold provides high strength and corrosion resistance; port plug with inner hexagon allows mounting a pressure gauge; anodised crankcase with large cooling fins for maximum heat dissipation; Parker (German) new design U-packing; oversized, one-piece alloy aluminium connecting rod for maximum strength, load distribution and life; forged, precision ground and hardened crankshaft for maximum durability and long life; solid ceramic plungers increase resistance to pitting and wear for maximum durability; and stainless steel plunger guiding with heat treatment for maximum strength and use life.
