The Spraywell brand pump has the following special features: forged brass manifold provides high strength and corrosion resistance; port plug with inner hexagon allows mounting a pressure gauge; anodised crankcase with large cooling fins for maximum heat dissipation; Germany Parker new design U-packing; oversized, one-piece alloy aluminium connecting rod for maximum strength, load distribution and life; forged, precision ground and hardened crankshaft for maximum durability and long life; solid ceramic plungers increase resistance to pitting and wear for maximum durability; and stainless steel plunger guiding with heat treatment for maximum strength and use life. The unit also includes SS piston with ceramic tube, brass/SS manifold, forged and hardened crankshaft and connecting rod. It has aluminium crank case, light in weight and built-in chemical/detergent suction, and a pressure adjusting unloading valve. The flow rate is up to 300 LPM and pressure up to 500 kg.
