The company offers a powerised Hydraulic Pump for Gas Cylinder stretch tests. This is specially designed and developed for hydrotest of gas cylinder stretch test as per IS 5844, suitable for test pressure up to 700 kg/cm². The complete unit comprises of one high pressure pump, motor, V-pulleys and belt reduction drive, having suction and delivery non return valves integrated in SS pump body with additional in-line NRV, pressure relief, by-pass and outlet valves, all of SS and pressure gauge, etc., mounted on sturdy base frame. It is used by gas and gas cylinder manufacturers for periodic test of cylinders for safety norms as per IS 5844. Unique innovative design of hydraulic circuit makes the unit user friendly. Calibrated glass burette can also be offered.
