IWAKI electromagnetic metering pumps are designed for accurate dosing with the most advanced technology. Maximum stroke speed, diaphragm with very long life, and various materials of construction and control options make these pumps very versatile and suitable for a wide spectrum of industrial applications. EK Series outdoor model electromagnetic metering pumps are available with the following features: IP 67 equivalent water proof and moisture proof structure; best suited for outdoor duties; fine adjustment of flow by stroke speed and stroke adjustment; flow ratio of 1:720; manual as well as external control; and high temperature resistant LCD for long term to sun rays. Range: capacity – up to 25.2 LPH; discharge pressure – up to 1.0 Mpa; stroke speed – up to 360 SPM; material diaphragm – PTFE coated EPDM; pump head – PVC, GFRPP, SUS 316 PVDF; and valve – alumina ceramic, hastelloy C.
